Objectives

Improve the food security of the targeted families by strengthening the capacity of micro-producers to increase and diversify their production in a sustainable way and by promoting the seed autonomy of the families of producers.

Activities

• Supervise the farmers on innovative agricultural techniques or on the production of new crops or new varieties (white yam, groundnut, plantain, market gardening …) ;
• Support the Good Heart Farmers association, other possible producers’ associations and private actors in their desire to establish themselves as key professional actors in the market gardening sector in Sierra Leone ;
• Support the most vulnerable, especially women.
