This short handbook goes to the essential of the mapping tool QGIS (free and open-source software) in order to be able to quickly and simply draw maps that can be used for example to follow and present programs' results.

The users' manual is of course more detailed but this version allows to get into it easily.

Tries and simulations of project managers in Haïti to represent for example where springs has been capped, how the sanitation coverage is improving, have been good source of motivation to write these notes.
